What is a bitcoin mixer / anonymizer?

The core problem with bitcoin is that every transaction is transparent and traceable through the blockchain. A bitcoin mixer blends coins from different users, making it considerably harder to trace the flow of funds.
The weakness of an ordinary mixer is that when you send in your bitcoin you risk receiving back someone else’s coins with a dubious history. Instead of anonymity that scheme easily turns into serious trouble.
Our service offers a “Full Anonymity” mode: choose it and you receive clean coins taken directly from bitcoin exchanges with a verifiably clean history.

How to use the mixer?

You can work with our mixer in any of the following convenient ways:

Detailed instructions for using our mixer are in the step-by-step guide.

How much does it cost and how long does mixing my bitcoin take?

The service operates in two modes:

The fee is chosen randomly but always within the stated range.
Warning!!! Mixing only starts after 1 confirmation is received for the incoming transaction.

How many bitcoin network confirmations are needed? Can it be sped up?

Mixing starts only after 1 network confirmation of your incoming transaction. Unfortunately we cannot influence its speed. High-priority transactions with a higher fee usually confirm within 5–20 minutes; with a very low fee the process may stretch to several days.

You can either wait for confirmation or use a transaction accelerator (search “Transaction Accelerator”).

I accidentally closed my browser — what happens to my bitcoin?

If your bitcoin has already been sent to us, it will arrive within the time stated in the Letter of Guarantee and the chosen mode.
If a transfer to our wallet was never made, mixing simply does not start and your coins remain with you. In that case just create a new order on the site.

How long is the incoming address valid?

The incoming address is valid for 7 days (168 hours). Payments arriving after that period will not be accepted, so please do not send funds later than 7 days after the request.

What logs do you keep?

We keep no logs. All operational data used during mixing is deleted within 24 hours after completion. After that, the only proof that mixing took place is the Letter of Guarantee that stays with you.
For stronger anonymity we recommend using our TOR mirror.

What are the maximum and minimum transaction limits?

The minimum mixing amount is 0.001 BTC. Anything below that threshold is treated as a donation. The maximum amount we can process in a single operation right now is:

  • Mixer: 1 btc.
  • Full Anonymity: 50 btc.

Why should I trust you? What is a Letter of Guarantee?

To rule out disputes, we use a system of encrypted Letters of Guarantee.
Such a letter consists of two parts: the guarantee text in English and our digital signature.
Verifying the Letter of Guarantee is very simple, while forging it is practically impossible.

To verify the letter and its digital signature, open guide and use any PGP client with our public key, or use PGP Checker.

In any dispute, simply forward the Letter of Guarantee to us.
The very fact of the transfer is easily confirmed via the blockchain.
This way you are fully protected from the scenario where money is sent and nothing comes back.

You can verify the mixing quality in “Full Anonymity” mode yourself by following this guide:

My funds didn’t arrive, what should I do?

    1. Don’t panic! First verify on blockchain.info that the transfer was sent to exactly the wallet generated by the system.
    2. If your incoming transaction is visible, check its status and make sure more than 2 or 6 hours (depending on the chosen mode) have passed since the first confirmation. Most likely the payment was sent with a low fee and stayed unconfirmed for a long time.
    3. If the transaction did confirm but coins never reached you, contact support, providing the deposit address issued by our mixer and, if possible, attaching the Letter of Guarantee. We will definitely look into the matter. If the delay was our fault, the fee will be refunded. A similar incident happened in early 2017 during a massive DDoS attack on the bitcoin network.

I received a suspicious message from your mixer on Telegram.

Warning: scammers are operating on Telegram:

      • @mm5btcbot — fake
      • @mm5btc_bot_admin — fake
      • @MixerMoney_bot — fake

These people have nothing to do with us!

Their goal — is to lure you into sending bitcoin to them personally under the pretext that it’s “faster, cheaper, safer” and so on.

Remember: Mixer.money runs in fully automated mode! Operators do not accept any payments!

The fake Telegram bot is built on a free bot constructor — it’s immediately obvious!
If such individuals send you a Letter of Guarantee, be sure to verify it via this guide.
Do not forward coins to them — you will not get them back!

The safest path is to use only links from our website and official channels.
If you suspect you’re dealing with scammers, please let us know via the page contacts.
